Efios' general policy for partnering with other companies and organizations includes a shared vision, leadership, ability to execute and a fit with the dynamic organization (networked organization) model.

European Collaborative for Communities of Practice (ECCoP)
The European Collaborative for Communities of Practice (ECCoP) is an inter-organisational community that uses collaborative action-research to increase the contribution of communities of practice to strategic results in each member organisation. Members are organisations in the private and public sectors who have, or want to develop, a strategy for creating more value with their communities of practice.

The Rail Safe Consortium
In September 2005, Efios has founded together with the Ministry of Public Works and Brascamp Veiligeid Advies the Rail Safe Consortium. The consortium is a specialized collective of experts dedicated to all aspects of safety in railway organisations. Efios will bring to this consortium the knowledge about project teams and project communities, applied for Railway projects, which are crucial for rapid and dedicated deployment in review and audit consulting jobs.
