It's fun for reading and brings forward some of the real challanges that corporate SNA face. Her point, based on an interview with Masterfoods USA: Companies that have been frustrated by traditional knowledge management efforts, such as Mars, are increasingly looking for ways to find out how knowledge flows through their organizations.
