efios     Efios home Weblog     The efios blog: "It's all about people and networks"       01 October 2005 Efios launched Rail Safe On the 17th of September, Efios has founded together with BrascampVeiligeidAdvies, the Rail Safe Consortium (www.railsafe.ie). The consortium is a specialized collective of experts dedicated to all aspects of safety in railway organisations. Efios will bring to this consortium the knowledge about project teams and project communities, which are crucial for rapid and dedicated deployment in review and audit consulting jobs. In the consortium the domain in which the organization will operate has been clearly defined, as well as each of the sub-domains for the participating companies which include, next to the founding companies, NedTrain Consulting and Rijkswaterstaat (Civil Engineering Division) of the Dutch Ministry of Transport. The work that we will perform inside the domains and also across the domains, needs facilitation and a productive and collaborative environment - using for example online collaboration platforms and group-facilitated debriefing sessions, but also things like AAR's.
