Improving capability infrastructure is an important within an organization - because everything done at the lower level has impact on the higher level. The explosive change that comes out requires more attention - one of the things is explicitly improving this infrastructure is in itself an important capability in any organization.
A strategic question that people should ask is how do we accelerate the improvement process?
To put things in our perspective, the ECCOP is such an organization where the improvement process, using communities of practice to impact the bottom line, can be improved or accelerated using the action research program - starting with Radical Innovation.
