efios     Efios home Weblog     The efios blog: "It's all about people and networks"       28 April 2003 Project blogging to cross the divide to communities of practice I kicked off today the first project blog - a collaborative blog to record a diary of thoughts and informal comments. My expectations are that the blog will fill the gap between project members and project management tools; besides the blog needs to increase the synergy between projects "application of knowledge" and the communities / networks ("creation of knowledge")... For me, it's one way to test the usage of the blog as the tool in various environments. The c-blog can be used to create ideas and drive thought processes in communities - crossing the divide between community and team - and vice versa there may be the team blog that can take the thoughts and application of the ideas towards a community model. Not sure how this will look in practice, more in a couple of weeks when the first impressions are in.
